多效蒸發(fā)器的類型有以下五種：
(1)單效蒸發(fā)器：一般是指單一的蒸發(fā)器，它在進(jìn)行溶液蒸發(fā)時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的二次蒸氣就不利用。
(2)雙效蒸發(fā)器：也稱之為雙效降膜蒸發(fā)器是一種新型節(jié)能真空蒸發(fā)濃縮設(shè)備，是利用蒸發(fā)原理的過程而設(shè)計(jì)，主要是利用加熱作用使溶液中一部分溶劑汽化而獲得，適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、淀粉、木糖、化工、生物工程、廢液回收等行業(yè)進(jìn)行低溫連續(xù)式蒸發(fā)濃縮。
(3)三效蒸發(fā)器：采用列管式重復(fù)外加熱工作原理，物料受熱時(shí)間短、蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大，保持物料原效。適用于化工、食品、輕工等行業(yè)的液體物料的蒸發(fā)濃縮工藝過程。
(4)四效蒸發(fā)器：具有傳熱效率高，物料受熱時(shí)間短等主要特點(diǎn)，所以適用于熱敏性、粘滯性、發(fā)泡性等物料，適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、淀粉、木糖、化工、生物工程、廢液回收等行業(yè)進(jìn)行低溫連續(xù)式蒸發(fā)濃縮。
(5)五效蒸發(fā)器：適用于牛奶、葡萄糖、VC、木糖、化工、生物工程等行業(yè)進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)濃縮。設(shè)備整個(gè)加熱系統(tǒng)由于蒸汽加熱均勻、料液為液膜式流動(dòng)蒸發(fā)，所以具有傳熱效率高加熱時(shí)間短等主要特點(diǎn)。

(4) four-effect evaporator: it has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time of materials, so it is suitable for heat-sensitive, viscous, foaming and other materials. It is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation concentration in milk, glucose, starch, xylose, chemical, biological engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries.
(5) Five effect evaporator: suitable for evaporation and concentration of milk, glucose, VC, xylose, chemical industry, biological engineering and other industries. The whole heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to the uniform heating of steam and liquid flow evaporation of liquid film.
